How It Works

1. Secure a Deal: Once you have confirmed interest in a deal, an introduction fee is required. This fee is 20% of the sourcer’s finder’s fee

2. Gain Access: After payment of the introduction fee, you will receive further details of the deal and direct contact information for the deal sourcer.

3. Finalise the Deal: Under the sourcer’s own terms and conditions, you will pay the remaining 80% of the finder’s fee directly to the sourcer to complete the deal.

Connect Directly

Deal Sourcers primarily find properties for investors, usually in a less complex or “hands-off” manner. They charge a fee for the sourcing of the deal and typically don’t get heavily involved in the post-sourcing process.

Deal Packagers, are a step above Deal Sourcers, taking on a more comprehensive role, not only sourcing the deal but also structuring it, providing financial projections, managing due diligence, and delivering a complete package for the investor to make an informed decision. They charge a higher fee due to the extra value they add.

Direct To Vendor

Generally, have no middleman. You would have to do your own negotiations and due diligence.
